Your future responsibilities
In this role, you will drive supplier performance, support cross-functional project execution, and ensure supply chain readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for prototyping parts (mechatronic assemblies), ensuring timely material availability through efficient SAP processes
Monitor supplier performance, initiate corrective actions, and support supplier selection and sourcing decisions
Manage RFQs, analyze quotations, conduct cost benchmarking, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
Create and manage purchase orders and contracts, resolve invoice discrepancies, and maintain accurate SCM master data
Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful NPI implementation and supply chain readiness
Identify supply risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier base
What makes you successful
You are a proactive, analytical, and a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
Experience in operational Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management within a high- tech or manufacturing environment
Strong negotiation skills and experience working with SAP
Proven ability to build and develop supplier relationships while driving performance improvements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
