As a Paralegal Structuring and Fund Formation, your key responsibilities will be:

• Job Description
• Due to the growing business and its complexity, our Private Equity Investment Structuring team is looking for a motivated Paralegal with responsibilities in the legal structuring and fund formation team. Your tasks will include:
• Incorporating investment vehicles mainly in Ireland, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands, USA and other jurisdictions;
• Coordinating service level agreements and onboarding processes for all new investment structures with both internal and external service providers;
• Updating relevant legal documentation (offering documents, simple agreement updates, service provider RFPs, etc.) to ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulatory and tax regimes;
