Michael Page est a la recherche d'un(e) Payroll and HR Operations Specialist pour son site de CH.
We are seeking a Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to join its high-performing HR team. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll excellence and operational HR delivery across Switzerland and selected European entities.
Payroll and HR Operations Specialist

Missions
Payroll ownership & compliance (core focus)
•
Oversee and coordinate the
end-to-end payroll process
, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with Swiss regulations
•
Act as the
key point of contact for payroll matters
, liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers
•
Monitor payroll data quality, perform controls, and resolve discrepancies proactively
•
Ensure compliance with
Swiss employment law, social security, and tax requirements
•
Contribute to the enhancement, automation, and continuous improvement of payroll processes
HR operations & employee lifecycle
•
Manage the
full employee lifecycle
, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding
•
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems
•
Handle HR administration such as employment certificates, attestations, and work permits
•
Support the coordination of
junior and temporary recruitment activities
•
Act as a
trusted HR contact
for employees, delivering a high level of service and responsiveness
Projects & continuous improvement
•
Drive improvements in HR operations, with a strong focus on
efficiency, digitalization, and data integrity
•
Contribute actively to
HR systems and process enhancement projects
•
Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders across regions, ensuring alignment and consistency of practices
Profil du candidat
•
Proven experience in
payroll and HR operations
, ideally within an international or complex environment
•
Strong expertise in
Swiss payroll
, including legal and compliance aspects (essential)
•
Solid background in HR administration, with excellent organizational and coordination skills
•
Detail-oriented, rigorous, and committed to delivering
accurate and high-quality payroll outputs
•
Solution-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose pragmatic improvements
•
Strong interpersonal skills, with a
service-oriented and collaborative approach
•
Comfortable working with HR information systems and digital tools
•
Fluent in
French and English
