We are looking for a Performance Manager to strengthen our Finance organization supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, and Facility Management in making smarter, faster, and more transparent decisions. In this role, you will own the delivery of key financial reports and scorecards, enhance our KPI landscape, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. YOUR CHALLENGE:

Support the Senior Manager Performance in driving preparation activities and providing reporting support for financial controls, including monthly reporting, RAM, and the budgeting cycle

Manage financial control inputs for Procurement, Supply Chain, and Facility Management, ensuring accurate reporting and insightful analysis to improve understanding of key drivers and identify improvement opportunities

Oversee the Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Facility Management scorecards, ensuring timely, transparent reporting based on reliable data sources and robust logic

Lead root cause analyses for underperforming KPIs and coordinate gap-closing actions in collaboration with Procurement, Supply Chain and Facility Management teams

Support annual, quarterly, and monthly performance management and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements

Drive the development, enhancement, and standardization of KPIs to support performance improvements and foster a continuous improvement mindset across teams

Support process improvement initiatives and projects by providing financial insights and analysis
YOUR SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in financial reporting or controlling or data analytics

Strong organizational discipline and a continuous improvement mindset

Excellent communication skills, ability to challenge across levels and teams

Strong analytical capabilities and advanced data handling skills

Proficiency in using automated reporting solutions and data-visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to build, maintain, and improve reporting processes

Proficiency in SAP

Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
