To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals.
To strengthen our team in the Global IT department, we are looking for a dedicated Platform Engineer (f/m/d), 100%.</p> <p>
We are strengthening our digital capabilities by establishing an Azure-based Internal Developer Platform.
In this hands-on role, you will work on platform infrastructure components, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code to enable standardized application delivery and self-service capabilities.
You will work closely with platform users across the organization to continuously improve the developer's experience.</p> <p> <strong>
Your tasks:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>
Operate and continuously evolve the Internal Developer Platform based on Azure, Git
Hub, and Infrastructure as Code.</li> <li>
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable developers with automated workflows by building and maintaining containerized workloads.</li> <li>
Provide a consistent end-to-end developer experience by standardizing tooling from local IDEs to CI/CD pipelines and runtime environments.</li> <li>
Collaborate closely with the Platform Owner to translate platform roadmap and requirements into technical solutions.</li> <li>
Improve developer workflows by simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and promoting standardized approaches.</li> <li>
Ensure platform reliability and security via monitoring, observability, and policy-driven governance.</li> <li>
Enable citizen developers to adopt the platform by providing technical guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support.</li> <li>
Create documentation, guidelines, and onboarding materials to support sustainable platform adoption.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>
Your profile:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field related to Dev
Ops development or engineering.</li> <li>
Proficiency in Dev
Ops automation (Terraform, Git
Hub Actions) and scripting (Power
Shell, Python).</li> <li>
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Azure Container Apps) and cloud-native architectures.</li> <li>
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, preferably in enterprise-scale cloud environments</li> <li>
A collaborative mindset — You work closely with developers, understand their needs, proactively translate requirements into user stories and propose technical solutions.</li> <li>
Strong time management skills — You're able to self-organize, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>
Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to apply agile principles and mindset to daily work — You're comfortable delivering iteratively and maintaining consistent progress in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>
A cloud certification (e.g., Azure Dev
Ops Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>
