What you'll do:

Manage health insurance contracts with precision and care and empathy
*
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and partners
*
Ensure seamless onboarding, updates, and cancellations of policies
*
Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver outstanding service
*
Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-ups

What we're looking for:

Bilingual in French and Dutch -- your language skills are your superpower!

A customer-focused mindset and a positive, can-do attitude

Strong communicator with excellent listening skills

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
