Description
•
Manage an international procurement portfolio across multiple regions
•
Oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process ensuring compliance and efficiency
•
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (country teams, finance, supply chain)
•
Monitor operational performance (OTIF, lead times, service quality)
•
Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and incidents
•
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes
•
Contribute to demand and supply planning activities
•
Support stakeholders in the use of procurement tools and processes
•
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and governance frameworks
Profile
•
Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain management
•
Strong understanding of end-to-end processes (P2P, planning, logistics)
•
Ability to operate in complex, matrix organisations
•
Strong stakeholder management skills
•
Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
•
Background with operational performance tracking
•
Fluent in English, French is a strong plus
•
Comfortable in an international environment
