Product Manager
Are you passionate about shaping innovative industrial solutions and driving products to global market success? Join our team as a Product Manager and take ownership of a global product portfolio in grain handling, with a focus on ship loading and unloading equipment and belt conveyor systems. In this international role, you will drive product strategy, translate market needs into innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen our market position and deliver customer value worldwide.

You manage a global product portfolio for grain handling solutions, with a focus on ship loading and unloading equipment and belt conveyor systems throughout the entire product lifecycle
You define and execute product and portfolio strategies, including roadmaps, business cases, development priorities, and lifecycle decisions
You analyze market trends, customer needs, technologies, and competitors to develop compelling product requirements, value propositions, and market positioning
You lead product development and go-to-market activities, coordinating closely with sales, marketing, R&D, service, and regional teams to ensure successful product launches
You act as the key interface between global stakeholders, technical teams, and international locations, driving collaboration, innovation, product expertise, and portfolio growth
These are the skills you'll need
University degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
Several years of experience in product management or sales within an industrial B2B environment; industry knowledge in grain handling, bulk material handling, or conveying systems is an advantage
Strong business acumen combined with a structured, self-driven, and results-oriented working style
International mindset with experience in cross-functional and matrix organizations as well as willingness to travel globally (20%-30%)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in German and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
