The Business Unit Process Analytics develops, produces, and distributes state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewing industry. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen and sensors for measuring cell density, which are extremely important in biological processes and unique worldwide thanks to their innovative technology.

Your Responsibilities:
•
Take full responsibility for the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle - from concept to phase-out
•
Derive market and customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements and strategies
•
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales and Support to ensure product success
•
Drive the strategic development of the portfolio by identifying growth opportunities, technological trends and new applications
•
Own the business case: conduct financial evaluations, define priorities, and support decision-making within portfolio and roadmap planning
•
Represent the portfolio in internal committees and externally with customers and business partners

:
Your Qualifications:
•
Several years of Product Management experience, ideally in the Biopharma/Biotech environment or with technical or regulated products
•
Proven track record in portfolio management and product strategy
•
Degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Biochemistry or a related field; additional knowledge in business administration or marketing is a strong plus
•
Strong customer focus and willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
•
Solid technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
•
High level of responsibility, a structured approach to work, and strong entrepreneurial mind set
•
Excellent communication skills - you can engage and align diverse stakeholders
•
Experience with regulatory requirements is an advantage
•
Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
