Rejoignez une entreprise dynamique offrant des conditions de travail modernes et flexibles.TâchesAssurer le succès de la gamme de produits tout au long de son cycle de vie.Définir la stratégie produit et gérer le portefeuille de produits.Analyser le marché et les exigences des clients pour optimiser les offres.CompétencesDiplôme en ingénierie mécanique ou équivalent, avec 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits.Excellentes compétences en communication et leadership.Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand, avec des connaissances en français.Your ResponsibilitiesYou ensure the success of the assigned product group throughout its entire life cycle in a matrix organizationYou ensure the long- and short-term profitability of the product groupYou make sure to understand customer and market requirementsYou define the product strategy and product roadmapYou manage requirements and ensure that the product fulfills themYou manage the product portfolio and product variants, as well as product quality and maintenanceYou track all relevant product KPIs (financial, quality, delivery performance) and work to improve themYou conduct business cases and profitability analysesYou analyze the market and the competitionYou proactively monitor and participate in industry events to identify and leverage new developmentsYour ProfileYou hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, ideally complemented by an MBAYou have more than 5 years of experience in product management or engineering within the construction equipment or powertrain industryYou possess strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience with engines and construction machineryYou have an excellent command of English and German (B2), while knowledge of French is considered as an assetYou have advanced proficiency in Microsoft ProjectYou are recognized for your strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
