Gérer des projets de développement complexes jusqu'au lancement.

Diriger des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour atteindre les objectifs.
Compétences
•
Diplôme en sciences de la vie ou ingénierie, 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet.
•
Compétences en communication et présentation excellentes.
•
Capacité à gérer des détails techniques et la vision globale.

Your Contribution
•
You are a strong contributor to our business success by driving complex development and customer projects from first studies all the way to market launch
•
Your expertise in project planning and execution allows you to manage projects successfully in scope, quality, budget and target cost
•
You guide and lead cross-functional project teams with both good sense of our business needs and process compliance
•
As project manager you represent the project and report to stakeholders, steering committees and top management up to board level
•
You have the ability to translate content between technical and business colleagues, and you have the drive to dive in wherever needed to guarantee project success
Your Profile
•
University degree in Life Science or Engineering
•
4+ years of project management expertise, ideally in product/process development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging
•
Experience in working with multidisciplinary project teams in complex organizations and the ability to guide team members
•
Knowledge of design control processes, process validation and related standards (21 CFR 820; ISO 13485; ISO 15378)
•
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken)
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills
•
Capability to master the big picture but also technical details when required
•
Strategic mindset and business acumen with a structured working style and ability to prioritize
