As a
Quality Assurance Engineer (f/m/d)
you will play a key role in one of our major transformation initiatives – the implementation of
Unify
, Schneider Electric’s new SAP system. You will support the transition of existing processes into the new system and help shape smarter and more efficient ways of working for the future. In parallel you will build strong expertise in quality assurance by contributing to daily plant operations, ensuring that product and process quality standards are consistently met and continuously improved. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical and business understanding in a dynamic, international environment.

Your IMPACT:
•
Drive and coordinate quality activities within the Unify (SAP) implementation at the Feller plant
•
Analyze and transfer existing processes into the new SAP environment while identifying and closing gaps
•
Design and implement optimized and future-ready quality and operational processes
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and alignment
•
Support system testing, validation and user acceptance to ensure data integrity and compliance
•
Perform key quality assurance activities and drive continuous improvement, including training end users
Your Profile:
•
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field with experience in manufacturing quality assurance
•
Exposure to SAP systems ideally within transformation or implementation projects
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process quality and data integrity
•
Experience in process mapping, re-engineering and change management
•
Ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic environments with fluency in German and English
