Your Role
As Relationship Manager Assistant - Poland at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide seamless, client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.
Your Responsibilities

Partner with CRMs to manage overall day-to-day business

Responding to customer enquiries by email or telephone

Perform account openings, closings and other documentations

Prepare client meetings and occasionally events

Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders in the absence of CRMs, handle asset maturities and corporate actions

Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
Your Profile

University degree in finance

First relevant work experience in Private Banking

Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure

Excellent Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with the banking software Avaloq is an advantage

Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability

Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Polish is a plus
