You build long-term customer relationships and ensure a first-class atmosphere in the shop.
You support customers with repair and service issues and act professionally and solution oriented.
You keep track of stock and inventory and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
You live and represent Sunrise values – innovation, customer focus and top service.
YOUR SKILLS:
You have completed training in retail, ideally with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia industry – or you are a motivated career changer with a flair for sales.
You are enthusiastic about technology, telecommunications and digital trends.
Your passion for sales is evident and your professional demeanor makes you a true sales professional.
You enjoy working with people and have the ability to quickly identify their needs.
Thanks to your patience and technical understanding, you will become an everyday hero for our customers.
You have very good German skills; any additional languages are a plus.
You are highly flexible, reliable and open to a fast-paced industry.
