Sales Development Representative
Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

Proactive research and identification of potential clients and business opportunities.

Contacting leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.

Qualifying leads and forwarding them to the sales team.

Maintaining and updating the customer database.

Presenting services.

Advising clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.

Supporting the maintenance of customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and lead generation.

Identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities.

Assisting in the preparation and execution of events.
Passion and a willingness to learn are particularly important to us, so we welcome your application even if you do not meet all the listed qualifications.
You are experienced in using MS Office programs and SAP, and you demonstrate initiative, commitment, and team spirit, acting in a solution- and customer-oriented manner.
Ihr Profil
We are looking for dedicated individuals who wish to contribute their expertise and professional experience to our team:

You have completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a comparable field.

You have initial background in sales or customer acquisition.

You have experience in the certification business, particularly with Integrated Management Systems according to the standards ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

You possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

You have a strong understanding of customer needs and a service-oriented approach.

You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in your work style.

You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

You are proficient in German and English; fluency in French is an advantage.
