Securities Transfer Specialist - M/F

For a prestigious private bank, we are looking for :Securities Transfer Specialist - M/FResponsibilities:Free of payment deliveries: incoming/outgoing/internal for all kind of securities, shares, bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds…Faxes issuance and sending to counterpartiesSending instructions to our custodians/depositaries by swift MT540/ MT542/MT599 or faxFollowing up the swift or fax instructions and act to have the transfer settled on time and update the core banking system accordingly.Opening accounts with the transfer agent when necessaryBeing in contact with different departments such as Security Master, Investment Funds, Tax, Compliance, Reconciliation team… for the transfer purposeReconciling our cash positions linked to tax or fees issued from trades and align securities positionsProfile:Min 2 years in a similar position within the financial or asset management industry.Good knowledge in Stock Markets, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, etc.Strong team player and able to deliver quality service during intense periods of activity.Excellent organisational skills.Ideally, he/she knows the following systems: Temenos – GTmatch– GTExchange (formerly Stelink), SWIFT, Easyway, Vestima, SIX SIS and/or XACT.Fluent in French and a very good level of English in writing and speaking is required.
