As a Senior Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end acquisition strategy across Mobile, Internet, TV, and Value-Added Services (VAS) for residential customers. You own the acquisition roadmap and ensure strong alignment across all commercial channels and customer touchpoints. In this role, you drive sustainable growth, optimize conversion performance, and ensure a consistent, premium customer experience in line with our challenger positioning in the Swiss market.
YOUR CHALLENGE:

Own and continuously evolve the acquisition strategy and roadmap across all product lines, ensuring alignment with related initiatives (e.g., cross-sell)

Drive net customer growth by identifying opportunities across segments, products, and channels

Ensure strong alignment and execution across all key sales channels (retail, indirect partners, tele-channels, and digital)

Define, track, and optimize key KPIs such as conversion, cost per acquisition, and acquisition quality

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and CRM/Base Management teams

Design and execute targeted acquisition campaigns and offers with consistent positioning across all touchpoints

Optimize the end-to-end acquisition journey using data and insights to remove friction, improve performance, and ensure compliance with processes, brand, and regulations
YOUR SKILLS:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

Several years of background in customer acquisition, sales, or commercial roles, ideally within telecommunications or subscription-based industries

Proven track record in managing multi-channel acquisition strategies

Strong understanding of the Swiss market and competitive landscape is an advantage

Experience working with retail, indirect channels, and digital sales environments

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong advantage
