Solvias AG recrute un(e) Senior Analytical Manager Pharmacopeia Solutions a Kaiseraugst.

As Senior Analytical Manager for our Pharmacopeia Solutions team, you lead a laboratory group responsible for compendial and routine analytical testing, including titration, raw material testing, and water content analysis (Karl Fischer).
You ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality execution of analytical activities, while driving team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within a GMP-regulated environment.
Leadership & Team Management:
•
Lead, coach, and develop a team of scientists and laboratory personnel
•
Ensure effective resource allocation and capacity planning
•
Drive performance management, training, and career development
•
Support recruitment and onboarding activities
Operational Excellence in Pharmacopeial Testing:
•
Oversee routine analytical testing (titration, raw material testing, Karl Fischer)
•
Ensure timely and reliable delivery of analytical results
•
Optimize workflows for high-throughput environments
Quality, Compliance & Data Integrity:
•
Ensure compliance with GMP and pharmacopeial standards (Ph. Eur., USP)
•
Maintain strong data integrity and inspection readiness
•
Lead audits and quality investigations
•
Enforce HSE standards
Process Improvement:
•
Drive continuous improvement and standardization
•
Support digitalization and automation initiatives
Technical & Stakeholder Support:
•
Act as subject matter expert for pharmacopeial methods
•
Support troubleshooting and client interactions
Financial & Strategic Contribution:
•
Support budget planning and cost control
•
Contribute to strategy and service expansion
Education & Background:
•
MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
•
Several years of experience in GMP-regulated laboratories
•
Proven leadership experience
Technical Skills:
•
Parcours professionnel in pharmacopeial testing
•
Strong knowledge in titration, raw material testing, Karl Fischer
•
Understanding of Ph. Eur. / USP
