You’ll focus mostly on the B2C brands (occasionally work on B2B), drive AI-powered marketing further, and bring bold ideas to life. Senior Brand & Growth Manager (90 - 100%)
YOUR SKILLS

5+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or growth roles (HR industry is a plus)

Proven track record in creating and scaling creative, multi-channel brand campaigns

Hands-on experience with AI tools (content, data, automation) and curiosity to push this further

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Open, communicative, and outgoing personality (comfortable engaging audiences and leading formats like webinars)

An innovative, curious and inclusive personality

Excellent French and fluent English (German is a plus)
YOUR TASKS

Drive and evolve our digital brand presence across key channels (SEO, AI environments, social, platforms) for our brand jobup.ch (Romandie)

Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies

Lead brand-led growth initiatives across B2C channels with clear performance goals

Translate market, audience, and performance insights into impactful campaigns and content

Own brand tracking and continuously optimize campaigns based on data and learnings

Support thought leadership formats (e.g. webinars, social, content) to strengthen brand positioning

Considering the parcours professionnel we are looking for in this position, for a 100% position an appropriate salary range is between CHF 115,000 and CHF 125,000
