Job description:
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams within a high-priority transformation project.
Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Re-engineer workflows with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and improved operational performance.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Support the design and implementation of automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing Core Banking systems and processes.
Take ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle and support prioritization from a Product Ownership perspective.
Coordinate closely with business, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to align expectations and ensure successful delivery.
Independently drive analysis topics, facilitate workshops, and support decision-making across the project.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of banking processes and Core Banking environments.
Solid experience in Business Analysis, including requirements engineering, process analysis, and workflow optimization.
Experience with automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
Experience in Product Ownership or in close collaboration with Product Owners in agile delivery environments.
Understanding of Temenos T24 / Transact is considered a strong plus.
Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders within complex organizational environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge business and technical stakeholders.
Independent, structured, and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership.
Very good English skills; German is a strong advantage.
