Business Analyst (m/f/d) / Digital Onboarding / Product Launch / 100%
Project I in the Strategy area, DOPZ - Digital Onboarding and Product Launch of the Future.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of functional requirements and their feasibility
• Development and evaluation of future-oriented solutions, considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and risks
• Creation of requirements descriptions and specifications (e.g., functional specifications, features, and user stories)
• Active participation in implementation, testing, and rollout
• Shared responsibility for application operation, support of sales staff in troubleshooting, and independent analysis and resolution of assigned incidents and defects
• Organization, moderation, and execution of workshops with relevant stakeholders
• Close collaboration with other business engineers, product management, subject matter experts, DevOps engineers, and IT architecture
Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Banking & Finance, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Engineer or in a comparable interface role between business and IT
• Sound knowledge of client onboarding, digital product completion, or client lifecycle management, particularly in finance and the associated value streams
• Knowledge of technical and process-related issues along the customer lifecycle, for example, in the areas of onboarding, KYC, review, or change processes
• Very good knowledge of agile working and project methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
• Analytical and conceptual skills and a strong affinity for digital processes and applications
