Your main tasks</h3> <ul> <li>
Working in a small agile IT Platform team in a regulated environment:
You'll collaborate closely with 3-5 team members, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives while ensuring compliance is integrated into every delivery</li> <li>
Design, build, and maintain computer environments in Microsoft Azure in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, ISO 27001, FDA, MDR):
You'll architect secure, validated cloud solutions that meet regulatory standards, including preparing documentation for audits and maintaining traceability throughout the entire infrastructure lifecycle</li> <li>
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, etc.:
You'll develop and maintain Terraform code for repeatable, version-controlled deployments, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistency across multiple environments</li> <li>
Support internal customers by realizing their IT projects:
You'll act as a technical consultant to internal teams, translating business requirements into scalable cloud solutions and providing guidance on best practices for cloud-native development</li> <li>
Working together with external IT partners:
You'll coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants to integrate external services, manage SLAs, and ensure seamless collaboration on shared infrastructure components</li> </ul> <h3>
Your profile</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Dev
Ops or Infrastructure Engineering roles:
You've successfully delivered multiple cloud infrastructure projects from conception to production, with demonstrable experience managing both greenfield and migration initiatives</li> <li>
Strong expertise in CI/CD tooling (Azure Dev
Ops, Git
Hub, Git
Lab, etc.):
You can design and implement automated pipelines that include testing, security scanning, and compliance checks, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery</li> <li>
Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform):
You write clean, modular Terraform code following best practices, and you're comfortable with state management, workspaces, and integrating Terraform into CI/CD workflows</li> <li>
Familiarity with automated testing:
You understand infrastructure testing approaches (unit, integration, compliance) and can implement tools or frameworks to validate infrastructure changes</li> <li>
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure:
You're proficient with core Azure services (VMs, AKS, App Services, Azure SQL, networking), and you can navigate the Azure portal, CLI, and ARM templates with confidence</li> <li>
Solid understanding of networking, security principles and identity management:
You can design secure network architectures with proper segmentation, implement zero-trust principles, manage secrets using Azure Key Vault, and configure identity solutions with Microsoft Entra ID</li> <li>
Familiarity with GxP, CSV, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks:
You understand the documentation and validation requirements for regulated systems and can work with quality assurance teams to ensure infrastructure meets compliance standards</li> <li>
Communication, leadership and language skills:
You are confident at all levels, mediate between specialist departments and IT, and build trust among stakeholders Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop pragmatic and innovative solutions, even in complex projects Very good written and spoken German and English</li> <li>
