Join Our Finance Transformation Team
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Consolidation & Reporting consultant to join our Finance Transformation team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial consolidation processes and regulatory reporting, combined with strong technical proficiency in leading consolidation platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain financial consolidation and regulatory reporting processes

Manage end-to-end consolidation cycles, including data validation, intercompany eliminations, and financial statement preparation

Develop and optimize regulatory reporting solutions to ensure compliance with local and international standards

Configure and customize consolidation platforms to meet business requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, IT) to streamline processes and improve data quality

Provide technical support and training to end-users on consolidation tools and best practices

Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for knowledge management

Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications

4-7 years of professional experience in financial consolidation and/or regulatory reporting

Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following platforms:

CCH Tagetik

Oracle FCCS

OneStream

Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)

Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Parcours professionnel with multiple consolidation platforms

Knowledge of other financial systems (ERP, data warehousing)

Certification in relevant financial or accounting software

Experience in a multinational or regulated environment

Project management expertise
