Today, as AliveDx, we innovate for life.AliveDx is recruiting for a Senior IT Technical Support Analyst to join the IT team based in Eysins, Switzerland. The role is a full-time permanent position working.Senior IT Technical Support AnalystYOUR MISSIONAs a Senior IT Technical Support Analyst, you will offer technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A primary focus is to create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. It is expected to be an expert member of the technical problem-solving team, routinely sought after to address complex, critical customer issues.As part of this team, your main responsibilities will include:Act as a primary point of contact for all internal IT related user queries/issues.Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for MS suite of products, PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Audio Video Conferencing system and telecommunication equipment.Administer and monitor incoming requests to the Global Service Desk, identifying emerging issues and escalating them in accordance with established protocols.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all operational documentation and IT equipment inventory are consistently reviewed and maintained to reflect current system states.Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes.Improve System administration [AD] processes and automate repetitive tasks wherever feasible.Actively participate in the technical implementation of Microsoft Service Centre suite at the Global level.Document internal procedures and assist IT management to prepare documents for Audit.IT Service Desk purchasing.YOUR COMPETENCIESMinimum 8 years on a similar role preferably in a regulated manufacturing environmentExcellent working experience of AD configuration, GPO’s, Domain trust and patch management.Experience in Software & Hardware installation/configuration and support.Extensive hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Windows workstation products (Windows 11) and MS Office suiteStrong troubleshootingProactive with a continuous improvement spiritProcess orientated, with meticulous attention to detailAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines and respond flexiblyTeam-oriented with a collaborative approachWHAT WE OFFERA highly dynamic and growing environment,An opportunity to live your passion for an intrapreneurial mindset, where cultivating innovation and customer centricity are at the heart of everything we do,A flexible working environment where applicable and a range of core and flexible benefits, ranging from lunch allowance support, additional annual leave, cycle to work scheme, technology and access to marketplace discounts.Interested?
