The opportunity
Our People Advisory Services Reward team is focused helping our clients to manage the complex challenges in executive/board rewards, pensions/benefits, corporate transactions and equally broader based reward topics such as regulatory compliance, broad based equity programs, grading, performance management and the like.

Your key responsibilities
•
Collaborate closely with clients to support and drive various projects. Potential areas of focus include:
•
Conducting benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce
•
Designing compensation plans and incentive structures for different stakeholders, as well as developing reward policies
•
Creating and implementing job grading systems and job architecture frameworks
•
Performing remuneration surveys and analyzing remuneration data
•
Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials
•
Work alongside key project leaders to manage and maintain strong client relationships
•
Collaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, as well as service lines and EY colleagues globally
Skills and attributes for success
•
A recognized diploma in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics
•
5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting
•
Ideally, an expertise in key employee retention, compensation and benefits programs, HR topics, including conducting remuneration surveys and supporting the day-to-day management of a company's remuneration offerings. Knowledge of market trends in the field of rewards and key drivers, as well as an HR generalist background, is highly desirable
•
Excellent proficiency in English; German is considered as an asset
•
Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to create effective data presentations
•
An analytical mindset with the ability to apply methodical and rigorous approaches
•
A true team player, committed to long-term team investment
•
Experienced in growth, sales, and leadership, particularly for executive hires
