As Senior Manager Process Excellence, you'll lead the optimization and integration of procurement processes, driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.What you will do:Develop and manage procurement process documentation and methodology (Adonis, Navex).Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the Procure-to-Receive domain.Monitor procurement process performance KPIs and track identified measures (Celonis).Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, regulations, and records management standards.Contribute to training programs and capability development (Academy, Courses).Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within procurement.What you bring & who you are:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field. Certifications in Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), Procurement (e.g., CIPS), or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.Experience: Extensive expertise in procurement operations, with a focus on process optimization.Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change initiatives, and align processes with organizational goals.Skills: Deep knowledge of procurement processes, compliance standards, and best practices.
