Senior Process Engineer MES (m/f/d).
This innovative facility specializes in the development and manufacturing of biotechnological active ingredients for global clinical trials and operates one of only three forensic laboratories worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
Lead technical supportfor the deployment and ongoing maintenance of the Manufacturing Execution System (PAS-X) within biotech production environments
Develop and maintainGMP-compliant documentation including Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for MES operations and electronic batch record management
Drive continuous improvementof electronic batch record execution through troubleshooting, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure seamless integrationof MES capabilities with process workflows, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance standards
Participate activelyin design reviews, system testing phases, and go-live preparation for MES-related projects
Provide operational supportfor clinical drug substance production, including resupply campaigns and process execution
Facilitate the introductionof new or modified equipment and processes through evaluation, implementation, and qualification activities
Train manufacturing and engineering teamson updated systems, processes, and procedural changes
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of professional experiencein pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environments
Proven expertisewith Manufacturing Execution Systems; hands-on experience withPAS-X is highly valued
Strong backgroundin GMP-regulated operations and cross-functional project collaboration
Practical knowledgeof biologics manufacturing processes, including upstream and downstream operations
Demonstrated abilityto author and maintain comprehensive GMP documentation
Solid understandingof equipment qualification principles and quality management systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitieswith the ability to remain proactive under pressure
Independent work stylecombined with strong team collaboration skills
Business fluent in English(C1 level) and
German(B1 level) for effective written and oral communication
