You will work with the best and the brightest in the industry.
And we need you to bring your creativity, energy, and passion for understanding the customer to this role.
In this role, you will expand our current SSE solution through the development and innovation of existing and new services to increase the performance, protect the assets of our customers, and increase the user experience.
This is an important role within the company and you will work in concert with our development and operations teams on service definition, feature prioritization, and the creation of differentiators that deliver true value to our customers.
You will act as a domain expert and “voice of the customer” to clearly articulate the challenges and pain points associated with developing and maintaining a mature, scalable, and effective SSE offering.
Additional Responsibilities:
Roadmap:

Differentiators:
Identify and clearly communicate the key competitive differentiators that deliver true value to customers

Work with Analyst Relations and Press Relations to raise awareness and position our offerings
Team Leadership:
Manage and develop a team of 3 Product Owners (and the 20+ developers they manage), providing guidance and career development support to ensure alignment between service strategy and engineering team execution
Cross-functional Planning &
Prioritization:
Translate company and service roadmaps into actionable goals and priorities for engineering teams in collaboration with Product Owners.
Coordinate with fellow Product Managers within the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework to manage inter-team dependencies, align on capacity constraints, and drive collaborative prioritization of features across the development organization
Your QualificationsA successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the role with a demonstrated ability to work with experienced development teams in an agile development method.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about security, and about learning how customers work, their pain points, their needs, and about their alternatives / our competition.
Someone with a creative mindset, and ear for how the customer talks/thinks.
An eye for quality is crucial, along with the ability to grasp and translate complex technical topics and jobs into simple user stories and product requirements.
Also, we are looking for strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Operations to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
