When:07/01/2026Your mission:
As a member of our team of Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for the Air Traffic Management employees rostering / planning.
Your responsibilities:
Autonomous rostering / planning of one or several units thanks to advanced expertise in the use of the rostering tool and in the implementation of the respective rules
Participation in the change management process for improving the rostering tool
Coaching and supervising junior and professional rostering staff
Point of contact for employees, line managers and heads of units for user assistance
Responsible for respective reporting in the relevant area of the job
Act as advisor/sparring partner for line managers and the heads of units within in the area of responsibility
What we are looking for:
Federal Vocational Education and Training in commercial business (EFZ) or equivalent Diploma
Extended and proven experience in rostering activities / workforce planning with
Proficiency in the Swiss Labor law, the CLAs and other appropriate regulations (e.g. fatigue management)Team player:
You give feedback promptly, honestly, and with the aim of achieving a constructive outcome or finding a solution
Problem Solving:
You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
Credibility &
Accountability:
You are transparent in your actions, explaining the reasoning behind them, and consistently follow through on your commitments
Fluency in German and English, French as an asset
