Simulator Pilot Freelance (max. 20%)

Your mission:
Act as a Simulator Pilot during Air Traffic simulations to provide to our Air Traffic Controllers the most realistic trainings for their training event.
Your tasks:
•
Working as a Simulator Pilot in ATC simulations
•
Controlling aircrafts and executing ICAO radiotelephony (RT) ENG/DE
•
Simulating adjacent ATC Centres, including coordination tasks
•
Operating life systems in simulation
•
Occasionally you take over other specific functions (RDP, Trainer and Observer Pilot)
What we are looking for:
•
Proficient in executing IFR pilot phraseology (ICAO Level 4) in English
•
Affinity in operating computers and other technical equipment (e.g. radio, telephone, etc)
•
Real flight background or flight simulator experience is an asset
•
Flexibility to cope with seasonally fluctuating demand and different daily working assignments/hours
•
Availability 6-8 days per month from October till End of March; April till September 2-4 days per month
•
Social & self awareness: You manage emotions effectively, staying composed under stress and avoiding impulsive reactions
•
Motivation: You foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, acknowledging both the efforts and progress of others
