Laurastar employs around 280 employees, including its subsidiaries in Germany, France, Benelux and Hungary.Our motivated, well-trained, hard-working, result-oriented employees are the foundation of our success.If you would like to contribute to this success, we look forward to meeting you!We are looking for our future,Social Media Content Creatorto join our world headquarters in Châtel-St-Denis.As a Content Creator, you are responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content for Laurastar’s social media platforms.Working closely with the Social Media Specialist, you will support the execution of the global social media strategy by creating, editing, and publishing content that is relevant to audiences, aligned with social media best practices, and consistent with Laurastar’s premium brand positioning.Main role:Produce ready to post content for Laurastar’s Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn, designed to capture attention and drive engagement.Shoot iPhone video and photo content in the Laurastar in-house content studio and facilities (production, R&D, etc.) as well as during abroad and local events, fashion shows, fairs, etc. based on briefs including insights, intentions, scripts, etc.Edit content adapted to each platform to maximise attention and engagement, using AI-powered mobile tools among others.Schedule and publish social media content using Sprout Social and native platforms.Contribute to content ideas and ensure consistency and premium execution.Manage and maintain the in-house content studio and equipment as well as content library.Technical Competencies:Strong experience in content creation at a personal level and/or with brands including shooting and editing for social media platforms.Experience in scripted, studio, real time and event content production.Good knowledge of AI, editing tools and mobile content production.Strong curiosity for social media trends and content that resonates with audiences.Personality, Soft Skills:Passionate about social media and content production.Strong interest in fashion, design, home and lifestyle, with an eye for relevant and visually appealing content.Hands on, proactive, well organised and comfortable managing multiple content productions.Collaborative and positive team player.Please apply on Jobup.ch
