For our Software Development team in Oetwil am See (canton Zurich), we are looking for a motivated</p><p>
In this function, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our 3DX™ Blade Platform.
We value a hands-on approach and a “get things done” mindset and the ability to work creatively and solve complex problems.
As a Software Developer you interact with different internal stakeholders to design and implement high quality software.</p> <p> <strong>
Key Responsibilities</strong> </p> <ul> <li>
Design, implement and maintain AI pipelines, primarily focused on computer vision</li> <li>
Prototype, demonstrate and validate new AI-driven use cases to improve productivity and efficiency</li> <li>
Contribute to drone flight and mission software (Android / Kotlin)</li> <li>
Collaborate closely with software and operations teams</li> <li>
Provide technical support to drone pilots during field operations</li> <li>
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment</li> </ul> <p> <strong>&nbsp;</strong> <strong>
About You</strong> </p> <ul> <li>
Hands-on experience in AI / Machine Learning using Python and Py
Torch</li> <li>
High level of initiative and ownership: proactively bring own ideas, challenge existing approaches and continuously look for ways to improve solutions</li> <li>
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Computer Vision, Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>
Strong analytical thinking, debugging and problem-solving skills</li> <li>
Strong understanding of geometry, spatial reasoning and geospatial data</li> <li>
Fluent in English, German is a plus</li> <li>
Experience in drone or robotics software development, mobile development in Android/Kotlin are an asset</li> </ul> <p> <strong>
