Student Support - Digital Upskilling / AI Enablement 40-80%

You'llwork closely with the Digital Upskilling Lead, gain exposure to enterprise-level AI initiatives, and help turn strategy intoreal, tangible impact for employees across the organization.

Your responsibilities

As part of the Digital Upskilling team, you will:

• Support the planning and coordination of digital and AI training sessions(calendars, invitations, participant lists, sessionlogistics);

• Maintain and enhance SharePoint pages used for internal communication around technology, AI, and learninginitiatives;

• Draftengaging internal communications such as Teams posts, emails, and announcements;

• Create and update learning materials including slide decks, one-pagers, FAQs, reference guides, and short educational videos;

• Track training participation, adoption metrics, and user feedback, helping us continuously improve our offerings;

• Actively contribute at the intersection of technology, change management, and business enablement;

• Be part of initiatives that are at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption;

• This role is ideal if you enjoy making complex topics easy to understand and helping others succeed in a digital environment.

• You are currently enrolled in aBachelor's or Master'sdegree;

• You have a background or strong interest in STEM or digital topics, combined with a flair for communication;

• You are curious about AI, digital transformation, and change management;

• You feel confident working with PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint);

• Your work in a structured, reliable way and can handle multiple tasks in parallel;

• You are proactive, motivated, and enjoy taking ownership;

• You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
