Compétences
•
Diplôme en immobilier et/ou finance avec 3 ans d'expérience.

Excellentes compétences en Excel et PowerPoint.

Fluent en anglais et allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
Your Role
As Sustainable Investment Analyst - Real Estate at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will lead the sustainability coverage of real estate within our Sustainability team, combining deep sector expertise with broader contributions to sustainability research and reporting. Your work spans three connected areas: sustainable real estate analysis across direct and indirect holdings, sector research feeding our proprietary JSS ESG rating, and supporting group-level sustainability reporting. You will be the team's go-to expert on real estate while contributing to the wider sustainability mandate of the bank, with the opportunity to broaden your sector coverage over time.
Your Responsibilities
•
Conduct ESG analysis for Swiss and European real estate strategies
•
Carry out climate and transition risk assessments
•
Lead the annual GRESB assessment and label process
•
Maintain and update the climate monitor for real estate funds and buildings
•
Prepare sustainability reports and publications
•
Coverage of the indirect real estate universe as part of the team's sector-based sustainability research
•
Contribute to the proprietary JSS ESG rating methodology
•
Support the production of bank- and group-level sustainability deliverables, such as the annual Group Sustainability Report
•
Support the production of marketing and research material across the sustainability function
Your Profile
•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate and/or finance
•
Min. 3 years practical experience, ideally combining real estate with finance (e.g., real estate fund management, real estate investment analysis)
•
Familiarity with ESG criteria in real estate and applicable standards/regulations
•
Investment mindset; expertise in asset and/or wealth management is an advantage
•
Confidence operating at senior level, representing expert views in internal and external settings, engaging stakeholders across the bank
•
Strong sense of ownership (owning complex topics end-to-end) and ability to drive tasks forward independently with high quality standards
•
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL and Python are a plus
•
Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written
