At our site in Eindhoven , we sell state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewery industry, as well as pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical and food industry through to cell and DNA research.
How you can make a difference

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader in Europe to Lead and develop the Business Development team and to support sales and other cross functional teams to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets by:
Provide continuous coaching, talent development, and performance management to build a high-performing, customer-focused sales organization
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and assess competitive activity to support commercial decisions
Maintain and expand relationships with key customers, ensuring outstanding satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Contribute to the further development of the product portfolio by collecting and preparing market and competitor information, which will serve as a basis for marketing activities (brand awareness) and strategic product development decisions
That's what you bring along
:
University degree (or equivalent) in chemistry or engineering
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development or key account management and leading teams
Willingness to travel globally and locally (approximately 60 to 70%)
Proven experience in international collaboration with strong ability to navigate cultural differences
Strong leadership with excellent collaboration skills
English fluent in spoken and written form (C1 level). German and additional language skills are an advantage
