Team Leader Treasury

Function: Reporting to the Head of Group Treasury, he/she manages one FTE.

Job description:

• Oversee cash pool activities and manage daily liquidity
• Provide funding and other financial services
• Foreign exchange exposure management and deal execution
• Cash flow forecasting and forecast analysis
• Expansion of the cash pool landscape
• Maintain active dialogue with operating companies
• Provide technical support across the treasury systems landscape
• Treasury reporting and provide ad-hoc analysis
• Support in maintaining intercompany loan agreements
• Participate in treasury related projects
• Contribute to continues improvement of the treasury organization

Profile:

• Higher degree in finance or business administration
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English and knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• TMS experience (Quantum knowledge is an asset) and IT-proficient
• Have a profound knowledge of financial instruments (mainly FX)
• Hands-on, open minded and proactively identify opportunities
• Willingness to travel
