is one of Switzerland's leading boutique fitness brands. Our signature workout is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body class on a Pilates-inspired reformer - built around slow, controlled movement that develops real strength.
Together with our partner studio NOW, we currently run 6 studios in Zürich, with plans to grow to 10–50 studios across Europe in the coming years. Our mission: help people become the strongest version of themselves, inside and outside the studio. Because at tone., a workout doesn't just change your body - it changes your life.
We're looking for coaches who want to help build that mission with us. If you're passionate about fitness, energized by people, and want to be part of something bigger than a gym - this is your place.
No coaching experience required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
What you will do
•
Hold a consistent coaching schedule (minimum 6 classes/week), with opportunities to increase class count as you grow.
•
Deliver tone. classes that follow studio programming and create a cohesive, industry-leading experience every time
•
Learn new techniques and best practices from our leadership teamsInteract with clients and the broader fitness community, building genuine client relationships that grow your classes and strengthen the studio
•
Embody the tone. brand and culture in and out of the studio
•
Show up for the brand beyond the studio floor - from marketing campaigns to a consistent presence on social media
•
Create a fitness space that is welcoming and inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities

Availability requirements
Note:
You will
not
be scheduled for all available hours provided. Submitting a wide range of availability simply ensures we can make a schedule that works for both our clients and coaches.
•
A minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri)
•
Ability to coach a minimum of six classes, ~nine hours per week
•
One full weekend day per week
•
Availability to coach a minimum of three public holidays per year: one summer (August 1st, Knabenschiessen); one winter (Christmas Day, New Year's Day); one pre/post (Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)
