Our client is strengthening its Sales Administration team and is looking for a
Sales Administration Assistant
to support its commercial activities across
Switzerland, Germany and the UK
. This role sits at the heart of the sales organisation and involves daily interaction with B2B clients, internal sales teams and operational stakeholders in a fast?paced, international environment.

Missions
•
Act as the first point of contact for inbound client requests (phone and email)
•
Manage customer orders end?to?end, from entry to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms
•
Monitor deliveries, handle claims, and resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams
•
Support field sales teams with administrative and operational follow?up
•
Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate customer data in the ERP system
•
Update commercial conditions, contracts and sales documentation
•
Enter orders and invoices, and follow up on payments in liaison with accounting
•
Assist with product listings with wholesalers and pharmacy networks
•
Support the preparation of trade fairs and commercial events
•
Contribute to sales reporting and ad?hoc administrative tasks
Profil du candidat
•
Previous experience in
sales administration / order management / customer service
in a B2B environment
•
Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing with external clients and internal stakeholders
•
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
•
Team?oriented, proactive and detail?minded
•
Fluent in
French, German and English
