UX/UI Designer

Threema GmbH is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the team in Freienbach.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• End-to-End Ownership:
• Set the visual and conceptual direction for a major product area across mobile, desktop, and web platforms.
• Security & Privacy UX:
• Design intuitive patterns for complex cryptographic and security flows, ensuring high-stakes actions are foolproof and transparent.
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a UX, UI, or Product Designer, preferably handling complex digital products (B2B or SaaS experience is a strong plus).
• A proven track record of shipping end-to-end, multi-platform experiences. We want to see your process, your architectural thinking, and how you solve complex user flows.
• Security Mindset:
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
