REMAX Europe, the master franchisor for Europe, Israel, and Turkey, is headquartered in Switzerland, supported by its regional services office located in Vienna. As of today, REMAX Europe is present in 37 countries, with more than 2,400 operating franchised real estate offices and over 33,000 sales associates. For its headquarters in Zug, we are recruiting a new
Vice President Finance
Your tasks

Overall responsibility for financial reporting, accounting and controlling

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Manage cash flow, treasury and tax coordination, prepare and oversee the annual audit process

Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO and management team on all financial matters

Lead budgeting and forecasting, deliver timely, decision-relevant financial insights

Translate financial performance into actionable insights and support strategic decisions

Review and challenge financial reporting from national master franchisees across Europe

Drive digitalisation and optimisation of finance processes, including the ongoing e-billing project

Lead and develop a small finance team
Your profile

University degree in Finance or related field, additional qualifications like CPA or Expert in accounting and controlling is a plus

Fluent in English and German

Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with strong accounting expertise

Proven track record in roles such as Finance Director, Head of Finance or Senior Finance Manager within an SME or mid-sized international environment

Experience in franchise or platform businesses is an advantage

Strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, audit, cash flow management and tax coordination

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong ownership

Able to operate effectively at both senior stakeholder level and in operational detail
