Our clients are well-known brands that reach thousands of consumers every day. We work with a combination of domestic ecommerce businesses and multinationals across multiple markets.

We’ve been operating in the UK since 2007 and have expanded into France, Spain, Brazil, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Mexico. We’ve developed many longstanding client relationships, as well as in-depth sector expertise.

As part of our expanding International business, we’re now looking for a skilled:

Web Designer

fixed-term contract 6 months

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will have bags of creative talent and the ability to conceptualise and translate ideas into vivid visuals for multiple devices, demonstrating proficiency in responsive design constraints. They should be able to interpret marketing briefs and deliver strong, effective promotional work within demanding schedules. A good understanding of UX/UI in an online retail environment is essential.

KEY RESPONSABILITES

  • Design and develop web pages, enrolment pages, and promotional banners for our partners.
  • Participate in design brainstorms and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Design meaningful mobile and web experiences that consider both user and business needs.
  • Support the Marketing and Communication team in generating graphics, data visualisations, promotional emails, and other content for both online and offline use.
  • Gather requirements, create strategic proposals, and champion new ideas to stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will be a concept-oriented person—keen to learn, a good communicator, and passionate about design.
  • A positive attitude is key: you’re a team player and resilient in the face of challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite and UX design tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable discussing and presenting ideas to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate artistic, creative ideas into tangible concepts.
  • Strong understanding of website design principles and culture.
  • Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating effective, intuitive digital designs (websites, apps).
  • A minimum of two years of relevant studies in web design.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Swiss nationality or a valid Swiss work permit

Ressortissants UE/AELE : permis L (< 1 an) ou B (≥ 1 an), démarches simplifiées. Hors UE/AELE : permis B demandé par l'employeur, soumis à des quotas annuels.
