Working Student - Business Partnering Controlling (10-15 hours/week | 12 months)
Your Responsibilities
As a Working Student in our Business Partnering Controlling team, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into how we financially steer our Thermomix and Kobold businesses across our international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and analysing the monthly Sales Action & Promotion Report for our Thermomix markets, providing valuable insights to support management decision-making
Supporting the international competition reporting for Thermomix & Kobold in close collaboration with our Event team
Coordinating with local Finance teams across more than 20 countries to collect, consolidate, validate and update monthly financial data
Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of our local fixed-cost planning files
Ensuring high data quality and contributing to reliable and transparent financial reporting
Your Profile
You are currently pursuing or are close to completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
A focus on Finance or Controlling is a plus
You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating in an international environment
You have good Excel skills and enjoy working with data, figures and analyses
You bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different countries and functions
You are a people-oriented and collaborative team player who builds relationships easily
You work in a structured, reliable and detail-oriented manner and take ownership of your tasks
You are curious, proactive and motivated to gain practical experience in an international business environment
