We are looking for candidates available for a 12-month internship starting on March 1, 2027.
Your responsabilities
•
You create the right transparency and visualization of defects and nonconformities to support the defect culture/Q-Mindset inside the organization,
•
You review, verify and regularly update the product & process control plans including reaction plans, as well as their creation if not yet existing,
•
You support the production organization in analyzing nonconformities and implementing immediate and corrective actions, including customer related issues,
•
You manage and support the task forces for specific production issues,
•
You conduct statistical evaluations, SPC, capability studies (complaints, manufacturing, assembly and test bench data),
•
You prepare the regular KPI reports, as well as the internal and external audits ,
•
You support the change management process, as well as the FMEAs,
•
You provide support in internal and customer sample inspection reports (VDA/PPAP),
•
You assist in concession process for production related nonconformities and manage non recurrence.
Your profile
•
You hold a master’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering and have a good knowledge of quality management,
•
You are proficient in statistical analysis,
•
You are proficient in quality methods and tools (Pareto, QRQC, 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA, FTA, FMEA, Lean-6 Sigma) and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement,
•
You are fluent in French and English. German is a asset,
•
You are proficient in the Minitab statistical software as well as the MS Office suite,
•
You enjoy working in a team and have strong analytical and synthesis skills,
•
You stand out for your thoroughness, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
