To strengthen our team in the Global IT department we are looking for a dedicated Quality IT Systems Administrator (f/m/d), 100%.\nThe Quality IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the reliable, compliant and efficient operation of Quality IT Systems within the Bachem Group. This role ensures day-to-day system administration, technical configuration and operational support of regulated Quality IT platforms in close collaboration with the Quality IT System Owner as well as Business Owners and Business Administrators from Quality and Regulatory Affairs.\nThe position supports the stable operation, continuous improvement and inspection-readiness of Quality IT Systems used across the organization.\nYour tasks:\n•\nAdminister and operate assigned Quality IT Systems according to the applicable processes, ensuring availability, performance and compliance\n•\nPerform user and role management, system maintenance and supports in system configuration & validation activities\n•\nSupport release and upgrade activities in coordination with the Quality IT System Owner\n•\nMonitor system operation and ensure incident resolution in line with IT Service Management processes\n•\nCollaborate closely with Business Owners and Business Administrators to support business processes in alignment with the Quality IT System Owner\n•\nTranslate approved business and system owner requirements into system configurations and operational setups\n•\nProvide expert system support for Quality and Regulatory Affairs users\n•\nSupport compliance of Quality IT Systems with applicable GxP regulations and internal standards\n•\nContribute to validation and change documentation (e.g. risk assessments, testing support)\n•\nEnsure systems remain inspection ready and compliant with the applicable regulations (e.g. data integrity, GxP, GDPR, etc.)\n•\nSupport audits and inspections together with Quality IT System Owner and Quality stakeholders\n•\nHandle incidents, service requests and changes for Quality IT Systems\n•\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective actions related to system issues\n•\nEnsure proper documentation and traceability of changes and system activities\n•\nIdentify opportunities for operational improvements and system optimization\n•\nSupport the implementation of best practices for Quality IT Systems administration\n•\nStay up to date with the supported system's capabilities to advance system evolution and usability\nYour profile:\n•\nBachelor's degree or equivalent background in Information Technology, Life Sciences or a related field\n•\nExperience in administering IT systems in a regulated (GxP) environment\n•\nPractical experience with Quality IT Systems and platforms is preferred, such as:\n•\nVeeva Vault (Veeva Vault Quality and/or RIM)\n•\nKneat Gx\n•\nDocuSign (GxP relevant use cases)\n•\nSolid understanding of CSV / CSA, GxP compliance and data integrity principles\n•\nExperience with IT Service Management processes (e.g. ITIL)\n•\nStructured, quality focused and reliable working style\n•\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\n•\nFluency in English; German is an advantage\nOur offer:\n•\nA dynamic and rapidly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities\n•\nFlexible working hours with home office days and an option for obtaining additional vacation days through workload reduction\n•\nCompany‑run daycare center on the Bachem Campus in Bubendorf\n•\n60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as ",
