Safra Sarasin, you will operate across a diverse range of risk topics, including financial crime and business conduct, while remaining flexible to new and emerging areas. You will independently plan and deliver audits end-to-end, from scoping to reporting, while engaging with stakeholders at all levels. In addition, you will take ownership of selected international locations, driving risk identification, assessment and timely responses to an evolving business and regulatory landscape, and acting as sparring partner to local senior management.\nYour Responsibilities\n•\nAssume the role of Lead Auditor, including goal- and deadline-oriented planning, independent execution and timely communication of results from end-to-end audits\n•\nDraft clear and impactful reports\n•\nAct as a sparring partner for management\n•\nMonitor the implementation of measures\n•\nPrepare statements for the Head of Group Internal Audit, the Board of Directors, or other decision-makers\n•\nAct as the person responsible for the locations Panama and Bahamas (annual risk assessment, activity planning, key contact)\n•\nParticipate in special investigations and projects\n•\nServe as a Subject Matter Expert\nYour Profile\n•\nBanking apprenticeship, certified bank professional, or higher business education (university or university of applied sciences), CIA, CFA, or equivalent\n•\nA certified public accountant qualification is advantageous\n•\nAt least 5 years of expertise as a Lead Auditor in banking audit (internal or external audit)\n•\nExcellent Microsoft Office skills; background with Avaloq is an advantage\n•\nAbility to weigh problems, set priorities and strong analytical skills\n•\nAbility to collaborate with diverse stakeholders\n•\nHands-on mentality, strong work ethic, integrity and a high level of accountability\n•\nExcellent communication and presentation skills as well as ability to work independently\n•\nWillingness to travel abroad (approx. 30 days per year)\n•\nFluency in English with the ability to write clear, impactful texts in English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is an advantage\nYour Benefits\n•\nEntrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank\n•\nCentral city office locations across Switzerland\n•\nAbove average insurance coverage fully borne by the bank\n•\nContribution to health insurance and meal allowance\n•\nGlobal growth strategy and stable environment\n•\nCompetitive offering\nAbout us\nAs a leading sustainable private bank, we offer dynamic and personalized services in investment advisory and asset management for private and institutional clients.Our success depends on the enthusiasm and commitment of our employees and we value each person with their unique technical expertise, professional qualifications and social skills.\nWe are successfully operating for more than 180 years across 30 locations worldwide and offer our employees the chance to be a part of our success.Our employees are our most valuable asset, we are proud of our unique culture that fosters entrepreneurship and is fueled by a high team spirit andthe positive attitude of each individual.
