This role combines:\n•\nA highly developed visual and design skillset\n•\nHands-on execution skills on graphic design, video and photo\n•\nUnderstanding of how strong brands are built and maintained\n•\nA strong connection to the sports world, ideally with cycling knowledge\nKey Responsibilities\n•\nProduce high-quality, on-brand creative assets across digital, print, retail, and product-related environments\n•\nBring the spirit and innovation of the impec lab to life in all creative outputs\n•\nCollaborate closely with internal teams, designers, and agencies\n•\nSupport creative workflows, timelines, and asset delivery\nYour Profil and Skillset\n•\nAbility to collaborate with agencies and creative partners\n•\nStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills\n•\nProduction and editing skills (photo, video)\n•\nCustomer first mindset\n•\nTeam player with excellent communication skills\n•\nFluent in English; German and/or French are advantages\n•\nUnderstanding of the sports world, ideally with cycling knowledge\n•\nPassion for performance products and innovation-driven environmentStrong visual skillset\nYour bring a strong visual skillset and proven graphic design skills — layout, typography, brand systems - as well as solid background in motion design, including animation. You have photo and video expertise and the ability to develop concept briefs and produce high-quality content.
