In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.\nFor our growing Facility Management organization at a client in Zug we are looking for a:\nFacility Supervisor\nYour main tasks:\n•\nDelivery of 'best in class' customer services and satisfaction, including, but not limited to cleaning, pest control, mail services, light duty maintenance, food services, reception, security, managing the relationship with T2 suppliers at a high level, to ensure specifications, SOWs and SLAs are followed, respected and achieved.\n•\nAccountable for a top-of-class customer service delivery, by ensuring the team members are properly trained (briefing, understanding) and meeting clients' expectations (monitoring, coaching, appraising) in terms of specifications, SOWs and SLAs.\n•\nCoordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.\n•\nPoint of contact for escalated communications between landlord, employees and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.\n•\nPeriodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition.\n•\nArrange for regular maintenance of equipment.\n•\nDesign and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.\n•\nReview data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.\n•\nConduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.\n•\nKeep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.\n•\nAccountable for a flawless budget management, by direct involvement on contract negotiation, contributing to forecasting, annual budget preparation, cost savings and variance/deviation analysis.\n•\nOversee and evaluate T2 suppliers' performance by participating on monthly/quarterly meetings, analyzing gaps/overlaps, and providing feedback to reinforce their engagement.\n•\nConsolidates and delivers monthly reports, including a thoughtful analysis of trends and results.\n•\nResolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.\n•\nMay establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.\n•\nFollows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.\n•\nHas a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.\nYour profile:\n•\nBachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Facility Management professional certification.\n•\nPrior Customer Service experience required. A minimum of three year of related progressive experience.\n•\nStrong knowledge of the surrounding area and all recreational, hospitality and business-related information preferred.\n•\nExpert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.\n•\nAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and/or supervisor.\n•\nWarm and engaging demeanour.
