Within this\npractice, the Corporate Finance Advisory Team provides clients with financial\nand strategic advice throughout M&A transactions, from scope definition and\ndeal execution to the signing of transaction agreements. Our senior M&A\nadvisors have a long track record of completed deals and are thoroughly trained\nin bulge bracket investment banks and Big4 corporate finance teams.\nAs an incoming\nManager, you will have the opportunity to lead live engagements and make a real\ncontribution to transactions as well as deal generation from day one.
