You will play a key role in structuring and scaling EPoS’ commercial operations activities.\nKey Responsibilities\n•\nGrow sales by developing new customers through proactive inside sales activities and coordinating sales operations from the office\n•\nIdentify, prospect, and acquire new customers by promoting technical solutions\n•\nManage front office activities and sales administration, ensuring consistent follow-up on opportunities and actions\n•\nContribute to the deployment of the e-commerce platform and take ownership of its day-to-day management after launch\nProfile\n•\nSuccessful experience of at least 3 years in front office and/or sales, ideally in a B2B environment, with a proven track record in sales operations and administration, and exposure to technical products and industries\n•\nWe are looking for a proactive hands-on commercial generalist who enjoys combining sales, coordination, and operational execution in a fast-paced environment\n•\nMulti-market experience is a plus, e.g. in industrial applications, magnets, electronics, high speed motors\n•\nConscientious and well-organized, service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility\n•\nAbility to work effectively in a team, with strong communication, collaboration, and mutual support skills\n•\nFluency in English is essential. You act as a key contributor to the business development of the assigned markets with the objective of building strong and scalable B2B businesses.\nThis position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s strong growth in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.\nKey Responsibilities\n•\nSell advanced materials at customer application level\n•\nDevelop assigned markets to drive sales growth\n•\nIdentify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new differentiated solutions at customer application level. To learn more, please visit our website: https://www.eposintering.com/  To strengthen our team, we are looking for a  Sales Engineer - Advanced Materials  Mission  With your engineering background, you build from zero, through application-driven thinking, starting from novel materials and working with partners across long industrial cycles. You act as a key contributor to the business development of the assigned markets with the objective of building strong and scalable B2B businesses. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s strong growth in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.  Key Responsibilities   Sell advanced materials at customer application level Develop assigned markets to drive sales growth Identify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new differentiated solutions at customer application level. Create account plans and close deals. Build and close business cases from first technical discussion to industrial adoption Develop, align and execute structured go-to plan-market plans in close collaboration with management and engineering Ensure rigorous commercial execution (projects, pipeline, priorities, forecasts) and follow up on the defined actions   Profile   Engineering degree (EPFL or HES) in materials, electrical engineering, mechanical, or other engineering fields At least 5 years of proven success in a similar commercial role with track records in international B2B technical business development/sales with a structured business development approach Multi-market experience, e.g. in industrial applications, powder metallurgy, magnets, semiconductors, high power, electronics, motors design, resistance welding or EDM Must have had experience selling solutions where the product is not yet standardized Structured and execution-driven, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and drive initiatives through to results Strong business mindset, able to understand technology and sell its value at customers at all levels, before closing the deals Collaborative with a strong willingness to co-develop as team Fluency in English is essential.
