Assurer que les canaux de médias sociaux contribuent à la sensibilisation, à l’engagement, au plaidoyer et à l’acquisition de soutiens via un contenu pertinent, l’engagement communautaire et des pratiques spécifiques à chaque plateforme.\nTâches & Responsabilités\nDéfinir et mettre en œuvre l’approche organique des médias sociaux : définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie organique des médias sociaux pour les publics francophones, en assurant les priorités des canaux, les choix éditoriaux et l’engagement des audiences soutenant les objectifs d’engagement numérique de MSF Suisse. Développer et maintenir les standards et guides des médias sociaux : développer et améliorer continuellement les guides spécifiques aux plateformes, les standards éditoriaux et les pratiques d’engagement communautaire pour garantir cohérence, qualité et utilisation efficace des canaux sociaux. Piloter la planification éditoriale des médias sociaux et l’adaptation des contenus : piloter la planification, l’adaptation et le cadrage éditorial des contenus sociaux, en veillant à ce que les messages soient pertinents, accessibles et alignés avec les besoins des audiences, les priorités organisationnelles et les exigences des plateformes. Surveiller et optimiser la performance des médias sociaux : en collaboration avec l’analyste digital, analyser les données de performance, les insights des audiences et les tendances d’engagement pour identifier des opportunités, améliorer l’efficacité des contenus et affiner les approches sociales. Gérer et renforcer les communautés en ligne : gérer l’engagement communautaire sur les canaux sociaux prioritaires, favoriser des interactions significatives et encourager les audiences à entreprendre des actions appropriées dans le cadre du parcours d’engagement numérique plus large.
